SECONDARY FERMENTATION IN BOTTLE
Mainly made up of water, malt, hops and yeast. Ingredients, which are worked according to the oldest high-fermentation methods, perfect to create complex products that are rich in aromas, like our Ale. Non- pasteurized and unfiltered, it preserves all of the nutritious properties of its ingredients. An unpasteurized beer is also called “raw” and it remains a “live” product that continues to re-ferment in the bottle, like very high quality bubbly. A 100% artisanal production process that accentuates the organoleptic qualities of the beer, giving each bottle its own identity.
