This certification is issued by a supervisory body that recognizes companies operating in various areas of the food and livestock supply chain, as having achieved certain standards required by the European Union.

The Serra San Quirico plant is authorized to produce and bottle organic sparkling wines in compliance with EU and Italian legislation. The authorization was granted by the CCPB Organic Certification Body after assessing compliance with plant, procedural and paperwork requirements.
