The name Terza Rima Collesi is inspired by Dante's triplet – “terzina incatenata” or “terza rima “- used by Dante Alighieri in the Divine Comedy and is intended as a tribute to the supreme Poet and a clear reference to Italian spirit, refinement and style, distinguishing an artisanal beer that is brewed with passion.
